Ingredients:

Unsalted butter 30g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1

Garlic 2 cloves
Bay leaf 1
double cream 200ml
chicken stock 1L
Flour 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp
parsley 1tsp
black pepper 1-2 tsp
thyme leaves 4 stalks
